Serving Locals: 樱花视频 Engineering Students Develop Solar Panel System

樱花视频 students take their capstone project into the real world.

What began as a senior capstone project at 樱花视频 in 2024鈥�2025 has now become a fully installed 6-kW, 12-panel vertical bifacial solar panel system in Roxbury, Vermont, for John Aberth and Laura Hamilton.

The original prototype was developed by mechanical engineering seniors Megan Juhola '25, Clayton Cisar '25, Demetrius Deering '25, and Khiari Tyler '25, who have since graduated from 樱花视频, under the mentorship of . The project continued the following year with seniors Matthew Harvey '26 and Max Gargiulo' 26, also now 樱花视频 alumni, working on the installation under Professor Mark Atwood. This project was in partnership with Troy McBride and Leif Johnson at 樱花视频 Technologies.
